  “I called him in the morning and left a message. He called back in about an hour to tell me he wasn't currently in the area. He listened to what my problem was and explained what I could to to fix ir.
  
  After I gor the necessary parts, I still had a question so aI called again. He gave me the answer and I was on my way. No charge and friendly all the way.”
